I find so many things in life tricky.  For instance, the weather is tricky.  I try to dress up lightly and next thing you know it’s raining and cold.  Caffeine is a bit tricky too.  When I have tasks to do at night, I drink a cup of strong coffee to help me stay awake.  But I find myself on more than one occasion, sleeping soundly. It’s weird and tricky, I tell you.  You know what else is tricky? My flat iron.  Even after two ironing boards and a change in flat iron brand, I still couldn’t take the wrinkles off my pants. I’m beginning to think it’s my fault..

So I decided to focus on these works by stylist Gitte Kjaer.  They’re raw and “in your face” but polished.  Tricky but beautiful and  I love that combination.
